SMS Messaging

Messaging Policy: Health Plus Plan offers an SMS messaging service.

To opt-in to the Health Plus Plan's SMS messaging service, visit the contact page of our website and enter your primary information. You will then be prompted to enter your phone number, should you choose to provide it and agree to our Terms and Conditions. If so, you will then start receiving SMS messages and updates.

You may choose to start our SMS messaging service at your own discretion, and you may opt-out at any time. We will communicate with you via SMS for the purposes of promotional messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please note: Message & Data Rates May Apply. Message frequency is up to 1 message per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply with “STOP” from the message you received to stop receiving messages / cancel. When we receive a “HELP” message, we will provide instructions on how to use this service and how to unsubscribe.
